He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lauren Gilmore (Mark), Suzanne Arthurs (Jeff), Lowell McMillen, Jr., Brandon McMillen and Joseph McMillen; his parents, Elbert McMillen and Edith Scharf McMillen; his wife Jean McMillen (Hall); his son Shaine McMillen; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Reid, Edie, Meila, Brandon Jr., James and Madison; and his siblings, Bonnie Sweeney (late James), Gerri Dames (Ron), Elbert McMillen Jr., Wynn McMillen (Marlene), Randy McMillen (Sonya), Layne McMillen (Patti) and Craig McMillen (Joyce). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
