Though Lucas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lucas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Polsinelli and Lindsay LaPointe Polsinelli; his siblings, Andrew and Logan; and his grandparents, Andre, Kim LaPointe, Dino and Maria Polsinelli. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
