He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dickinson and Geneve May Webster (Perry); and his siblings, Gene Edward Webster and Laurie Ramsey-Gallup. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Webster; his children, Jay Paul Webster (Heather) and Diana Kolb (David); his grandchildren, Jayson Webster, Madison Kolb and Kelsey Kolb; his great grandchild Jordan Webster; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Flood (Linda) and Jean Nadolny (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
