He is survived by: his parents, Matthew R. Benesch and Michele Truss Benesch Sr.; his wife Chelsea Rivers Benesch; his son Levi Robert Benesch; his siblings, Kevin Benesch of Stephentown and Meghan (Christopher Neumann) of East Nassau; and his mother-in-law Gail Rivers of Nassau. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
