He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Skelley and Marion Skelley of Albany; his wife Paula Breznick Skelley; his siblings, Donnarae Norling and Donald; and his brother-in-law Edward Breznick (Kathy). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and godchildren.
