He was predeceased by: his father Martin K Lee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Lee; his daughters, Brianna Rae Lee and Brittany Lee Haynes; his grandson Mason David Haynes; his mother Joan A. Lee; and his siblings, Nancy Ferrigan, Lisa Welter (Richard) and Christopher Lee (Jennifer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
