He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Chojnacki and Wanda Chojnacki (Romaszewski); and his wife Janice Cornett Chojnacki. He is survived by: his children, David, Paul and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Ethan, Naomi, Joshua and Liam; his great grandchildren, Ailah and Naia; his brother Thomas Chojnacki (Carol); and his nieces, Laruen and Sarah Chojnacki.
