Michael Pushman Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Michael Pushman in Albany, New York. Michael, born on November 1, 1957, passed away on September 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Strausser and Diane Myers Pushman Strausser; and his wife Bertha "Bootie" Pushman. He is survived by: his daughters, Janine Soule and Jesse Monsen (Kevin); his grandchildren, Stanley (Abby), Michael, Aaron and Laila; and his siblings, Max (Cheryl Pushman), Billy (Shari Pushman), Linnie Bloodgood and MaryGail (Stanley Sutton). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the E. B. Gormley Funeral Home (87 Main St, Phoenicia, NY 12464). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Sons of the American Legion Post #950.
