She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias George and Evelyn George; her husband Wayne Hoffman; and her cousin Kristie Prokrym-Johnson. She is survived by: her sister Lynn Nardacci; her brother-in-law Lawrence; her nephew Lawrence E. Nardacci; her niece Natalie Michelle Macie (Dan); her great-nephews, Anthony Nardacci and Bryson Macie; her aunt Jeanette Prokrym; and her cousins, Mary Morrell, JoAnn Curry, Stephen Prokrym, Deborah Brown and Regina Sahagian.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
