She was predeceased by: her father Henry Haack II; and her brothers, James, Robert, Peter and Henry III.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis W. Mackey Sr.; her sons, Lewis W. Mackey Jr. (Maryann) and William L. Mackey Sr. (Lisa Panetta); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Michaud (Zachary), William Mackey Jr. and Cassandra Mackey; her great grandchildren, Kane and Lucas; and her brother Patrick Haack. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Millie loved animals- in lieu of flowers; a donation can be made in her memory to Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of New York, Ltd.
