He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Anastasia; and his brother Lev. He is survived by: his girlfriend Stephanie Platt; his children, Markian and Myroslawa; his sister Erika Korduba; his nieces, Lubomyra and Laryssa; and his nephew Rostislav.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Myron's name to Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 211 Foordemore Rd., Kerhonkson, NY 12446.
