She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Wilkins and Donald Wilkins; her adoptive father Lorin Scott; her husband Bob; her children, Chelsea Ratcliff (Jim) and Evan Rowland (Cailie); her grandchildren, Dylan, Tristyn, Tegan, Eres and Airo; and her siblings, Sharon, Sally and David. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
