He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolf Arthur and Marcelle Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Patti Olsen; his children, Neil Andrew Olsen Jr. "Andy" and Kayla Christine Olsen (Bryan); and his siblings, Marcelle Kim Paonessa (Salvatore) and Rolf Arthur Olsen Jr. (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
