He is survived by: his parents, Debbie O'Connor (Jim) and Jeff Syron (Katie); his wife Jessica Joralemon-Syron; his pet Camper; his siblings-in-law, Paul and Janet Joralemon; his grandparents, Mary Ann Reith and Joe Syron; his brothers, Trevor Syron (Christine Bell) and Stephen Syron (Taylor); his stepbrothers, Nick O'Connor (Katelynn) and Matt O'Connor (Lauren); and his brother-in-law Scott Joralemon (Heather). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and close family friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
