We announce the death of Norma Louise Oakes in Albany, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman and Louise; and her sisters, Ida and Mary. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Irene) and Phil (Kristin); her grandchildren, Zoe, Maeve, Phoebe and Teagan; and her siblings, Betty, Debbie, Geraldine "Geri", Henrietta "Dee", Julie and Norman.
