Norman Lumpkin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Lumpkin (Albany, New York), who passed away on November 21, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Jason Richburg; his parents, William Lumpkin and Maggie Lumpkin; and his siblings, William Lumpkin, Harvey Lumpkin, David Lumpkin Sr., Eugene Lumpkin (Andrea), Robert Lumpkin, Margie Darden, Louise Johnson (Joseph), Carolyn Lumpkin, Patricia Greenlee and Vivian Williams (Thomas).

He is survived by: his children, William and Maggie Lumpkin; his wife Linda; his children, Celeste and Thomas (Samara); his grandchildren, Denise, Rayona, Jalesa, Lucretia, Victor, Johnny, Amara, Dorian, Arianna and Ah'Cianna; his great grandchildren, Liam, Brynn and Messiah; his siblings, Edna Thompson, Annetta Young, Wilma Thomas and Milton Lumpkin; his friend Geraldine Alexander; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Charles, Sharon Freeland, Debbie Youngblood (Toby), Virginia Jaquish and Joyce Briscoe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
