She is survived by: her children, John Kontos (Stacey) and Maria Griffin (Jason); her grandchildren, Alex, Athena, Vassilios, Matheos and Elleni; her siblings, Vassilicki and Dimitra (Ioannis); and her uncle Panagioti (Vassilicki). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
