She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Wagoner and Randall Wagoner of Albany, NY.; her husband John F. Hanley; her sister Shirley Cummings; her son Thomas P. Hanley; and her grandson James Bartley Hanley.

She is survived by : her friends, Barbara and Ruth; her sons, John J. Hanley of Virginia and James B. Hanley (Teresa) of Niskayuna; her daughter-in-law Barbara Hanley of Alabama; and her grandchildren, John R. Hanley (Lisa), Ryan Hanley (Chiaki), Devon Hanley Cole (Matt), Michael Hanley (Jordan), Kate Hanley (Kevin) and Christopher Hanley (Kristin).

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
