Patricia Countermine Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 14, 2023, at the age of 90, Patricia Countermine of Albany, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Countermine to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sampson and Clara Sampson (Wood); her husband Clarence Countermine; her daughter Deborah Lane; Richard Lupi.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Lupi; her granddaughters, Stephanie Lane and Caitlin Allen (Lupi); her grandson-in-law Scott Allen; her grandson Christopher Lupi; her great grandchildren, Harper Scism, Owen Michael, Eugene, Anna McAuliffe, Liza, Hadley and Hunter Allen; her brother William Sampson (Dennis Booker); her sister-in-law Sandy Garling; and her son-in-law Curt Lane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their spouses and children.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance (ccalliance.org) in memory of Pat -- a survivor of the disease.
