He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Cituk and Janice B. Cituk (Butryn). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cituk; his son Alexander Paul Cituk; and his pets, Trooper and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
