He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich Max Rudolph and Helen Rose Kaminsky (Temmel); and his wife Sharon. He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Nichol (Roger); his children, Martha Hasslacher (Stephen), Erich Kaminsky and John Kaminsky; his stepchildren, William Strother, Frances Strother and Dwayne Gaddy (Evelyn); and his granddaughter Natalia Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
