With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Lapoint in Albany, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George LaPoint and Lucille LaPoint (Whalen); and his siblings, Edward LaPoint and Kathleen Allen. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte DeLong; his daughters, Karen Majewski (Richard), Kassandra Leal (Keith) and Cheryl Pierce (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kevin, Paul Majewski, Julian, Jade Leal, Nicholas, Carley and Cameron Hoffis; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa Fisher (Robbie), Brianna and Cierra Pierce; his brother Mike LaPoint (Eliza); and his siblings-in-law, Carol LaPoint and Don Allen. He is also survived by Papa loved telling stories to his grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Paul's memory can be made to Steps for Stroke P.O. Box 3424 Glens Falls, NY 12801.
