He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Collins and Françoise Collins; and his siblings, Peter and Ginny. He is survived by: his wife Lea Collins (Campion); his children, Paul Collins (Lisa), Patrick Collins (Erin), Kelly Webster (Dan) and Katie; and his brother Dave. He is also survived by in-laws, and beloved nieces and nephews.
