She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Mendrysa and Peligia Mendrysa; her husband Matthew S. Jasinski; and her brothers, Edwin, Richard (Violet) and Francis Mendrysa.

She is survived by: her son Matthew S. Jasinski II (Kelly); and her sister-in-law Joyce Mendrysa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
