He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Sr. and Marjorie Kirwan (Young); his former wife Susan Kirwan (Muldowney); his son Patrick Henry Kirwan; his stepdaughter Suzanne Crossley; and his siblings, Joan McLeod and Paul Kirwan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kelly Kirwan; his children, Liza, Paul Kirwan, Megyn Kelly (Doug Brunt) and Peter Kelly (Sharon Barrington); his grandchildren, Susan McGrath (Terence), Patrick, Maxwell, Mackenzie Kirwan, Christopher, Brian, Emily Crossley, Joseph, Ryan Kelly, Yates, Yardley and Thatcher Brunt; his great grandchildren, Maddie and Macie; and his pets, Percy, Oliver, Fitz and Teagan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
