He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Lillian O'Hara (McClarnan); his wife Mary Ellen; his brothers, Billy, Bobby and Johnny O'Hara; his great grandchild Aydin Richard Wilde; his children, Ed O'Hara (Catherine), Kathleen Haller and Richie O'Hara (Angie); and his grandchildren, Eric Gaynair (Brie), Jennum Wilde (Lawrence), Morgan O'Hara, Kevin Haller (Hannah Phelan), Danny Haller, Liam O'Hara (Elana), Egan O'Hara and Aidan O'Hara.

He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Castor O'Hara, Tatum Wilde, Traya Gaynair, Saylor O'Hara and Mara Jade Gaynair.
