He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Marx and Leni Johanna Marx; and his brother Ludwig Marx. He is survived by: his wife Dina Marx; his children, Rogerio Marx (Naomi Falk) and Andrea Marx Costa (Acacio Costa); and his grandchildren, Manoela Marx Costa (Steffano Coelho), Isabella Marx Costa (Harlan Ginsburg) and Joshua Marx. He is also survived by siblings-in-law, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Donations in Richard's memory may be made to the newly established Temple Israel's Richard Marx Multicultural Fund.
