Richard Rifkin Obituary

He is survived by: his wife Jill Wertheimer Rifkin; and his daughters, Jennifer Rifkin Tyler and Melissa Rifkin. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Levine Memorial Chapel (649 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12206).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Albany County League of Women Voters.
