He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip E. Peters and Ethel E. Peters (Warren); and his wife Elma Mae Wagner (Wagner). He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Peters (Susan) and Betty Bertrand (Dan); his grandchildren, Philip Peters (Kara), Charles Peters (Lisa), Michael Mason (Courtney) and Jennifer Hughes (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Alivia, Lucas, Emma Peters, Logan, Tyler Mason, Aubrey and Aidan Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
