He was predeceased by : his parents, Ross E. Passineau and Margaret Passineau; his wife AJ; and his sisters, Helen and Peggy.

He is survived by : his children, Tom (Joanne), Michael (Donna), Susan (Colleen) and David; his grandchildren, Lisa Keating (Roger), Michael Passineau (Fioranna Renda) and Stacey Breakell (Douglas); and his brother John. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations and Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
