She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Walag and Ann Walag; and her husband Ernest Panunzio. She is survived by: her sons, Mark L. Panunzio and Michael L. Panunzio (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Mark L. E. Panunzio and Ashleigh R. Bassoni (Joshua); and her sisters, Constance Maderios (Kenny) and Lorraine Gidley (John). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Our Light Church (1 Maria Dr, Albany, NY 12211). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
