He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Robert Hughes and Michaela McCabe. He is survived by : his parents, Nicole Buckley (O'Brien) and John Hughes; his siblings, Jack Hughes, Jack Buckley, Molly Hughes, Juliana Buckley and Ben Hughes; his stepfather John Buckley; his grandparents, Connie of Albany, NY., William O'Brien and Marybeth O'Brien of Manomet, MA.; and his great-grandparent Lorraine McCabe of Brockton, MA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a memorial donation be made to Alliance of Hope for Sam's Memorial Fund.
