She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome DuShane and Evelyn DuShane (Moutray); her husband Colvin "Lefty" Ellis; and her brothers, Jerome DuShane, William DuShane and Daniel DuShane.
She is survived by: her sons, Holland "Rick" Caza (Cheryl) and Chad Caza (Tina); her granddaughters, Megan Caza and Julie Caza; and her sister Linda Maynard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
