She was predeceased by: her father Dennis L. Chesley. She is survived by: her mother Susan Kuzmak; her stepfather Stephen Kuzmak; her mother-in-law Mary Lou Mroczkowski (David); and her siblings, Chad, Sean Chesley and Rikki Chesley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
