She was predeceased by: her parents, Annetta McElroy (Minkler) and Francis McElroy; her siblings, Marilyn, Eva, Emeline, Thomas, Edward and Brian; her husband Lawrence Snide; and her pets, Nikki and Joey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Michael (Peggy), Kate (Louie), Karen, Terry, Donna and David; her children, Lawrence J. Snide (Evelyn) and Tina Snide (Andrew); her grandsons, Zachary (Natalie) and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Owen, Macie and Rebecca.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home (490 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY 12209).
In honor of Sharon's generous spirit, her family suggests contributions in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), an organization close to her heart, Located in Memphis, TN.
