He is survived by : his children, Denise Bellamy, Karen Bellamy and Shelton Bellamy, Jr. (Sarah Chambers); his grandson DeMarco Bellamy; his girlfriend Bernice Burke; and his friend Wendy Bellamy. He is also survived by many step children, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
