He is survived by : his wife Mary Hebert Koniowka; his children, Lisa Lewza (Dan) of Ballston Spa, Teddy Koniowka Jr. of Green Island, Christine McGuirk (Sean) of Valatie and Paul Koniowka Wynantskill (Laura); his sister Barbara Slack; his brother-in-law Paul Hebert; and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Michaela, Ava, Sarah, Kristen, Emma, Ryan, Aaron, Jack, Anna, Kate and Autumn.
