He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Regan (County Mayo Ireland) and Anna Skelly Regan (County Longford Ireland); his wife Barbara Smith; his sister Cathy Davis (George); his nieces, Ann Sidoti (Mike) and Brigid McCarthy (Chris); his sister-in-law Joyce Johansson (Tony); his sibling's children, Thomas Gaughan (Wendy), Kayla and Catherine Johansson; and his cousin Mary Skelly of Delmar.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Please Enter the Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211).
