She is survived by: her husband Arnold; her brother Irwin Scher (Marilyn); her children, Abbie Van Wely (Peter), Eric Elman (Melinda) and Sara Whiting (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Hannah Rose Van Wely (Jason Letts), Esther Van Wely, Leah Bender (Derek), Aaron Elman (Kelsey) and Joseph Whiting. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
