She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyke Packer and Mae Packer (Dean); her husband Samuel P. Lombardo; her grandson Robert VanWie, III; and her extended family, Teresa Tricomi, Gloria Lucarelli (Art) and Marie Salmeri (Vince).
She is survived by: her children, Linda VanWie (Tom Harder), Thomas Lombardo (Jan), Michelle Burns (Mike), Richard Lombardo (Mary), Sandy Draper and Janis Ruid (late Rick); her grandchildren, Darcy VanDenburg, Nicole, Thomas Lombardo, Michael Burns, Matthew Burns-Romero (Jorge), Katie Sheehan (Kevin), Matthew Lombardo (Jen) and Jana Young; her great grandchildren, Ian Gilligan, Riley, Logan, Zachary Sheehan, Matthew and Grace Lombardo; and her sister Herbie Packer (Joan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the hospice program at the Samuel Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave., Albany, NY 12208.
