He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Bistrovich; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Bistrovich and Donald Pugh. He is survived by: his significant other Gloria Nellenbach; his siblings, Terry Bistrovich and Cindee Pugh (Joseph Andros); his niece Kimberly Brickey (Dean); his nephews, Jeffrey Fabrizio (Tegan), Brandon Pugh (Kaitlyn Ellinger) and Peter M. Chase; his great-nephews, Devin, Owen Brickey, Henry and Jack Fabrizio; Lucky, Vita, Jet and Patricia Chase (Peter). He is also survived by two aunts and several cousins.
