He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Thomas Cullen; and his pet Sarge. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne A. Smith Sr. and Nancy C. Smith (Simons); his sisters, Cheri Smith and Cindy Cullen; and his nephew Tyler Cullen (Courtney).
