He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick P. Carhart and Anne J. Kalinski-Carhart; and his brothers, James P. Carhart and Paul T. Carhart. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Carhart (Dillon); his children, Joshua M. Carhart, Melody Carhart-Mosher and Jennifer M. Carhart; his brother John F. Carhart; and his grandsons, Colin J. Carhart and Liam W. Carhart. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
