He is survived by: his children, Nicole (Eric), Shannon and Scott; his grandchildren, Maeve, Liam, Erika, Jessika (Chloe), Holden, Phoebe, Alonzo, Julia and Sarah; and his sister Carolyn Johnson (Robert). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
