He is survived by: his wife Barbara Beberwyck O'Toole; his son Alexander William O'Toole (Marisa) of Loudonville; his grandchild Logan Alexander O'Toole; and his brothers, Michael O'Toole (Sue) of East Greenbush, Tom O'Toole (Patty) of Voorheesville, John O'Toole (Bev) of Fishers, IN and Jim O'Toole (Deb) of Albany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
