He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Neill and Jane O'Neill; and his siblings, Anne Gair, Mary O'Neill, Paddy O'Neill, Jean McGee, Peggy Keohane, Bridie Keane, Kitty O'Neill, Eileen O'Driscoll, Monsignor James O'Neill, Michael O'Neill and John O'Neill.
He is survived by: his wife Norah O'Neill; his children, Kevin O'Neill and Maureen Foley; his son-in-law Robert Foley; his granddaughter Kiera Foley; and his sister Sister Pauline O'Neill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. (3024 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Brendan R. C. Church (1525 E 12th St, Brooklyn, NY 11230). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Flushing, NY 11379).
