She was predeceased by: her parents, Cesare Martino and Mary Martino; her husband Samuel G. Calabrese; and her children, Mariann and Joseph (Jo Anne).
She is survived by: her daughter Regina Hernandez (late Pedro); her grandchildren, Joseph (Cynthia), Nicholas (Michelle), Peter (Leah), Samantha (Marcello), Alicea, Brianna, Jaclyn and Angelina; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Gerard III, Cienna, Madilyn and Sarina. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as the many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church (1950 Batchelder St, Brooklyn, NY 11229). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (3620 Tilden Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203).
