He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pizzarelli and Theresa Pizzarelli; his brother Joe Pizzarelli (Bonnie); and his parents-in-law, Robert Cipriani and Molly Cipriani.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Pizzarelli; his children, Michael, Daniel and Jordan; his siblings, Sammy Pizzarelli (Evelyn) and Eddie Pizzarelli (Lynn); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Croce (Donna) and Bobby Cipriani. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
