It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gregory T. Rup of Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rup and Ann Rup; his wife Virginia; and his brothers, Kenny and John.
He is survived by: his children, Colette, Gregory (Theresa) and Christian; his grandchildren, Gregory, Frankie, Nolan and Tessa; and his sister Debbie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. (3024 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd R. C. Church (1950 Batchelder St, Brooklyn, NY 11229). A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (3620 Tilden Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203).
