He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Costantino and Carmella Costantino. He is survived by: his wife Helene Costantino; his children, James Costantino (Leslie) and Lynn Cutolo; his grandson Alex; and his sibling's children, Michael, Johnny, Carol and Linda.
